Processing Times

Once your order is placed, we will package it up and ship it to you within 1-3 business days.  Holidays may cause delays in shipping.  Any delays will be communicated on our homepage.

Service Locations

At this time we are shipping to the United States.  International shipments can be made on a case by case basis for special orders.  Please contact us if you are an international customer.

Rates and Providers

We are currently shipping with USPS and UPS.

To give you the best value, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your orders size and weight.  There are a variety of services to choose from to suit your needs.

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Delivery

We offer local delivery within 15 miles of 43123.  

Orders of $50 are free of charge, otherwise delivery is $5.00

Packaging

Your order will be carefully packaged in a cardboard box or bubble mailer - depending on size and contents.  To reduce our carbon footprint, we will use the smallest sized packaging your items will safely ship in.  We will also use recycled materials, and use as little plastic as possible. 

Single patterns will ship in an A10 envelope.
